The floor plan of the NACC as a cultural and community hub, is a single floor large open-concept area with a wet-bar to the rear and two private wash chambers with a communal wash basin. The venue is functional for hosting 76 guests.
Our beautiful studio space boasts an abundance of natural light with large east-facing windows, original punched tin ceiling tiles, exposed brick interior, water resistant laminate and air conditioning. Perfect for an intimate gathering for any season, exhibiting your art work, or hosting a workshop.

Hourly Rental
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday Day: $25+HST/hour.
Friday Evening and Saturday: $50+HST/hour.
Hour Rental includes: 60 minutes of uninterrupted rental time, plus 15 minutes set-up, 15 minute clean-up, advertising on website and Facebook, Wi-Fi Access, tables and chairs.
Daily Rental
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday Day: $75+HST/day.
Friday Evening and Saturday: $150+HST/day.
Holidays: $150+HST/day
Daily Rental includes: 8 hours of uninterrupted rental time, plus 30 minutes set-up, 30 minute clean-up, advertising on website and Facebook, Wi-Fi Access, tables and chairs, white table linens, coffee percolator, and barista station.
Weekly Rental
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday Day: $300+HST
Friday Evening and Saturday: $250+HST
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: $450+HST
